Booking conditions
Booking conditions for group reservations and exclusive use of the wine bar:
For groups of more than 10 guests we charge a minimum of EUR 35 per guest. Exceptions are time-limited bookings that end before 8 p.m. or begin after 10 p.m., for example.
We also charge a minimum turnover for the exclusive use of our wine bar. This amounts to EUR 2000 on weekdays Tuesday to Thursday, and EUR 2500 on Friday and Saturday.
Otherwise, in the case of an exclusive booking, a room rental fee will be charged which is calculated from the difference between the respective minimum turnover and the amount of the turnover actually achieved.
We also charge a minimum turnover for the exclusive use of our wine bar. This amounts to EUR 2000 on weekdays Tuesday to Thursday, and EUR 2500 on Friday and Saturday.
Otherwise, in the case of an exclusive booking, a room rental fee will be charged which is calculated from the difference between the respective minimum turnover and the amount of the turnover actually achieved.
Cancellation and payment conditions:
If the event is canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the event, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the expected food turnover to cover costs.
For guests who do not attend the meal on the day of the event without prior cancellation (no-shows), 75% of the agreed menu price or the expected food turnover will be charged – based on the last confirmed number of participants. Buffets, caterings and canapés, among others, are excluded from this. For meals already prepared, the full agreed final price will be charged in any case.
The final number of participants should be confirmed by the day before the event if possible – but no later than the morning of the day of the event.
We accept cash, EC or credit card directly at the end of the event for payment of the services provided by us. Payment ‘on account’ can be agreed if the organiser’s registered office or permanent place of residence is in Germany. Our term of payment is 14 days from the invoice date.
All prices listed here and in our offers include the current value added tax.
Your booking confirmation or acceptance of any offer is deemed to be your agreement to the above conditions.
